eScan rests primarily on its control head equipped with optical contactless sensors and inertial units, included on a multi-axis robot arm. Using the data collected, the operating PC can:
- Analyse the compliance of measurements with reference values
- Recall characteristics of distortions in the part
- Guarantee the deliverables by executing an automated and instantaneous inspection report for each measurement

Installed at the heart of eScan technology, the eScan Box industrial system and its dedicated eScan Soft software intelligence control the automated contactless optical measurement process and optimize its implementation (axis movement, measurement coordinates, speed variation, production supervision).
From the eScan App application, you drive your contactless measurement technology. Measurement results, traceability of operations, optical control, performance indicators and inspection report management can easily be accessed from the application. In an ergonomic graphical interface, eScan App allows operators to manually manage measurement parameters without contact.
