With the increase in production rates in the aeronautics sector, several key players, particularly engine manufacturers, are asking Supratec to improve the performance of their screwing and tightening processes. With the eScrew robotic tightening head, Supratec automates screwing and tightening to optimize the assembly phases of aircraft engines. The integration of technology can also be complemented by :

  • a picking station for the presentation of components
  • a 2D/3D measuring system for ongoing / final production quality control
  • a one- or two-component dispensing system for sealing of screws in the preparation phase
